Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number (which can take 24-48 hours to update).

When will my order ship out? 

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days, followed by the shipping time displayed above. 

Change of address

We cannot change the delivery address once your item is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@artenesia.com. 

Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please get in touch with customer service with the next steps.
