I have an issue with what i ordered, can it be returned ?

Our products are backed by a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you need to return a product, please do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping. Once we receive the product, we will promptly issue a full refund for the original purchase amount. When returning the product, kindly include your name and order number on the packaging.

Please note : If your package is on the way, you would need to wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund. 

Can i cancel my order ? 

You can cancel your order without penalty, but you must do so before it ships. Please, email our customer support team at info@artenesia.com for assistance. 

I have entered an incorrect address, what do i do now ?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@artenesia.com. We are unable to change the shipping address if your order is shipped.
